In 1994, Joe Mastalia came to DePasquale Companies, as an Operations Manager. Joe brought new ideas and energy while setting unprecedented goals for expanding the distributorship. Over the course of his career at DePasquale Companies, Joe met each aspiration with his signature “hands-on” approach to business and, by doing so, effectively doubled the DSS sales force as well as company sales. In 2004, after more than a decade of loyal and markedly successful service to the distributorship, Joe was appointed President of DePasquale Companies, the first-ever in DePasquale’s expansive history. In 2008, Joe became the President of Lakmé USA, a hair color collection with color safe styling products. His Lakmé USA goal is to have distribution throughout the United States. Joe was a former board member of Cosmoprof North America and is currently a board member of ICMAD. In 2014, Joe was honored with a BMA Award for Leadership and Distribution. As Lakmé USA's National Sales Manager, Steve works closely with all members of the team to increase the Lakmé footprint and distribution across the United States. His goal is to make the Lakmé culuture something salons want to be apart of. Steve brings 28 years of experience in the beauty industry to Lakmé USA. He started his career as a hairdresser and salon owner before having various roles as an educator, platform artist, and brand manager. His prior experience allows him to connect with hairdressers and salon owners on another level, and brings a robust understanding of the importance of education for the salons we work closely with. Gina entered the beauty industry nearly 10 years ago and has worked at luxury salons throughout New Jersey. Hair color has always been her specialty – Gina has successfully completed and excelled at several advanced hair color classes. She decided to pursue her passion and became a Brand Manager for Lakmé USA, where she primarily travels to salons in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut to provide them with the confidence and understanding of Lakmé Color. Currently, she supports all of our Lakmé USA distributors and travels to the various territories to help educate and support the Lakmé salons across the country. After graduating from Stockton University with a BS in Business Marketing and an MBA, Jen joined the Lakmé team as our Social Media Coordinator. It had always been a dream of Jen’s to work in the beauty industry, and Lakmé has allowed her to pursue her passion. She has extensive experience working in various industries and brings a fresh approach to each project she accomplishes. Tracy Snyder has led our Customer Service Department for the past 10 years and has been with DePasquale Companies for over 20 years. Tonya started at DePasquale Companies 24 years ago, and has been managing the education for multiple brands during this time. Born and raised in Nebraska, Amy is a salon owner and hair artist in downtown Lincoln. She has been a Lakmé educator for 6 years and has used the brand exclusively in her salon for almost 9 years. As an artist, Amy travels across the United States sharing Lakmé’s brand message along with time-saving color techniques, formulations, and troubleshooting for any and all stylist levels. Amy has a unique ability to listen and relate to her peers making a personal connection that you just don’t find often enough in our industry. When she is not educating or working behind the chair, Amy is continuously improving her craft by taking classes from the industry’s best: Anthony Edge Academy, Vidal Sassoon, Salt Society, and many others. A lady of the stage, Amy also does hair and makeup for local theaters and is a performer at heart. Amy’s work has been featured on the cover of Nebraska Wedding Day magazine, in Modern Salon and Beauty Launchpad, and across various social platforms.
